I enjoyed book 1, Becoming Banshee, so much I jumped right into book two. Book two has all of the chemistry and heat that you get in book one mixed with a new mystery. One that introduces the reader to more magic and epic beasts. This was such an entertaining read, I can’t wait for Quay to release the third.

I really enjoyed this novel. Such a great concept. The best part...the humanity in the characters. I love fantasy novels in which the human element exists within supernatural creatures. Quay captures this so well, and she's able to combine that with a compelling story that keeps readers turning the pages. Also...this needs to be a TV series or movie! I'd binge it in one weekend! Looking forward to checking out the next adventure!
